We’re looking for a collaborative, positive and highly skilled Junior Creative Designer to join our fast‑paced production house. No two days are the same at Echo—projects move quickly, expectations are high, and your creativity must be matched by precision, problem‑solving, and a proactive spirit.
In this role, you will:
* Design and render high‑quality retail installations and creative concepts
* Produce accurate, to‑scale models using Fusion 360 or SolidWorks
* Render in Cinema 4D (Corona) to deliver exceptional visuals
* Present ideas clearly to clients and internal teams
* Work closely with fabrication, technical, artwork and project management teams to bring ideas to life
* Balance creative exploration with manufacturing feasibility
* Contribute to a culture of positivity, collaboration and respect
You’ll report directly to the Head of Creative Design and play a key role in bringing concepts from initial idea to final realisation.
What We’re Looking For
Core Skills:
* Expert rendering skills using Cinema 4D + Corona
* Strong CAD modelling abilities (Cinema 4D / Fusion 360)
* Solid understanding of designing for manufacture
* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
* Strong communication and presentation skills
* Basic SketchUp knowledge preferred

* Level‑headed, positive, and able to thrive in high‑pressure environments
* A proactive learner with a collaborative mindset
* Flexible and willing to support the team wherever needed
What You’ll Do Day‑to‑Day
* Research, conceptualise, and develop innovative design solutions
* Deliver high‑quality client presentations
* Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
* Work closely with designers, fabrication teams and project managers
* Visit sites to understand project requirements
* Uphold Echo’s sustainability principles throughout your design process
* Support additional studio and fabrication tasks when required
