Principal Objectives: To supervise the team helpdesk staff to ensure all tasks are completed within a timely manner and to customers satisfaction. Liaising with internal/external colleagues and customer to ensure maximum efficiency and utilisation of field resources. To ensure all departments KPI's are met Key Responsibilities: Supervising a team of Helpdesk staff Training and continuous improvement 1 st line escalations for any issues and complaints Receiving and processing Installation orders Planning installation workloads Overseeing Planning across all helpdesk area's Updating customer databases/portals as required Customer invoicing as required Other duties as required to support the Procurement and Logistics team Skills & Abilities Required: Previous planning/dispatching experience Excellent communication skills, written and verbal Customer service experience Negotiation skills Works well under pressure Previous supervisory experience is desirable Future Career Opportunities: The successful candidate will have opportunities to develop their skills within the team and gain valuable operational experience.
