What to expect:
Pay: £12.60 per care hour + £12.21 travel time + £0.35 mileage
Hours: 16 to 30 hours per week, depending on your availability
Contract: Zero hours
Schedule: Weekdays and alternate weekends
Shifts Available: Morning/afternoon could be earlier) or Evening
Location: Field-based – you'll travel to and from clients' homes in Swansea, Neath and Llanelli
Requirements: Valid driving licence and access to a reliable car (Business Class 1 insurance needed)

Job Description
About the role:
Whether you're an early bird or prefer later hours, you'll be making a real difference in someone's day.
During the morning routine, you'll help our clients start their day positively by:
* Personal care and morning routines
* Breakfast and light refreshments
* Medication reminders
* Light housekeeping
* Getting ready for appointments or daily activities
During the evening routine, you'll then help our clients feel settled and comfortable for the night supporting with:
* Personal care and evening routines
* Light meal preparation
* Medication reminders
* Light housekeeping
* Companionship and reassurance before bedtime
Qualifications
Who we're looking for:
We're looking for friendly, compassionate people who enjoy helping others. No previous care experience is needed — full training is provided.
You'll need:
* A compassionate and can-do attitude
* Valid driving licence + reliable car
* Ability to provide 2 professional references
* Right to work in the UK
Experience is welcome but not essential.
If you've worked in hospitality, retail, customer service, admin, education, cleaning, social work, or volunteering — we'd love to hear from you.
