We are seeking a Customer Services Representative for a one-year term, based in our Corporate Office in Dartmouth.
Qualifications
* High School Diploma or equivalent
* Two to three years of relevant work experience
* Experience in customer service and sales required
* Experience working with seniors is an asset
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Responsibilities
* Set up and create new accounts
* Coordinate the Intouch subsidy program
* Manage the Intouch email inbox
* Respond to customer inquiries regarding services, products, billing, or equipment, and report issues
* Explain services and costs; process orders; update accounts
* Assist with daily departmental operations, including referrals, data entry, and information dissemination about the Intouch Program
* Complete administrative tasks supporting order processing
* Update client information and handle cancellations
* Provide information to clients and the public about services, schedules, rates, and policies via phone and in person
* Process client orders according to established procedures
* Follow up on inquiries and schedule appointments for product and service viewings
* Maintain current knowledge of Intouch products, services, promotions, and industry trends
* Manage the Subsidy program, including reviewing applications and mailing decisions
* Input client data into the database and prepare care plans
* Keep records of customer interactions and update the database accordingly
* Handle emails received through the Intouch email account
* Build relationships with healthcare professionals and community organizations
* Promote the subsidy program and manage related documentation
* Compile data for monthly reports
* Reconcile cancellations with accounting
* Provide backup support to administration and team members as needed
Type: 40 hours biweekly
