We are proud of our reputation for quality, innovation and teamwork and we now have an opportunity for a Graphic Designer to join our team. What will I be doing? You’ll play a key role in shaping the look and feel of our brands across the group. Working alongside our Lead Graphic Designer and wider marketing team, you’ll: Create, review and maintain designs that capture and reflect our brand values. Deliver high-quality artwork for a wide range of materials including brochures, posters, POS boards and internal communications. Support community and charity initiatives with engaging visuals that tell a story. Prepare finished artwork, manage print orders and ensure everything is produced on time and within budget. Collaborate with colleagues across the business, translating their ideas into impactful designs while maintaining brand consistency. Edit and manipulate images for both print and digital use. Keep up to date with trends, technology and best practice to ensure our designs are fresh, relevant and effective. No two days are the same – one moment you could be designing a brochure, the next you might be supporting an exhibition stand design or preparing artwork to support our charity initiatives. Who are we looking for? We’re searching for someone who is naturally creative, detail-oriented and self-motivated to join our team. You’ll need: A good grounding in design with proven experience in a similar role. Strong technical skills with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) are essential. A BTEC National Diploma or a degree in graphic design or creative studies would be advantageous The ability to juggle competing priorities, stay organised and work calmly to deadlines.
