1. Provide technical support and advice to customers.
2. Maintain and create product information documents and databases.
3. Support the QA & Systems Manager in maintaining third-party approvals.
4. Assist the Customer Service team with technical information and phone cover.
5. Attend industry events and exhibitions in a technical support capacity.
6. Manage a dedicated technical support line for branded products.
