This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong customer service background who takes pride in delivering exceptional service. Whilst previous concierge experience would be beneficial, it is not essential. * icesDeliver a first-class front-of-house and concierge service to residents, visitors and contract
* ors.Provide a warm, professional meet-and-greet experience at all ti
* mes.Handle resident enquiries, requests and complaints efficiently and empathetica
* lly.Answer telephone calls and emails professionally and promp
* tly.Build positive relationships with residents and become a trusted point of contact within the developm
* ent.Maintain a visible and approachable presence throughout the s
ite.
Operational Su
* pportAssist with the smooth day-to-day operation of the develop
* ment.Support the onboarding and handover of new phases within the develop
* ment.Liaise with residents, contractors and internal teams to ensure service standards are mainta
* ined.Maintain accurate records and update internal systems as requ
* ired.Support compliance, health & safety and risk management processes across the
site.
Health &
* SafetyHelp maintain a safe environment for residents, visitors and colle
* agues.Carry out routine checks and inspections in line with site proce
* dures.Report any concerns, incidents or maintenance issues pro
* mptly.Ensure compliance records and documentation are maintained accur
ately.
