* Operational management – overseeing store operations, including stock management, health and safety, and security.
* Team management – leading and motivating a team of colleagues to deliver outstanding results.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. You should also have strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions. Additionally, you should be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to changing situations.
