Head of Finance - Manufacturing and Supply Chain
Business-facing finance professionals like you often act as a bridge, translating between different entities that may not always understand each other. Your role is to clarify conversations, provide context behind the jargon, and harmonise operations.
You will serve as the conduit between the Finance team and the Manufacturing and Supply Chain functions. Your ability to translate business targets into meaningful discussions will help ensure actions support overall business growth. Conversely, your knowledge of Manufacturing & Supply Chain will inform finance strategies, including target setting and performance management.
This role energizes you. You value being present within your functions and understand that building strong relationships with leaders across the business drives progress and enables smart decision-making. This approach allows you to focus on strategic tasks rather than administrative checks.
Providing leadership is a key part of your role. Equally important is your technical expertise. As Head of Finance, you will offer this expertise to your supported functions and your team. You will be involved in a variety of BAU activities and projects, including costings, capex, reporting, and risk management.

You are familiar with an industry similar to drinks, possibly from the wider FMCG sector. You have built a strong reputation working with Manufacturing or Supply Chain teams and can demonstrate how you've contributed to previous companies' growth. You are comfortable managing senior finance professionals and leading a high-performing team.
