Position Summary
Location: Staines-upon-Thames
Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 am – 5:00 pm
Salary: £39,000 per annum
Responsibilities
- Undertaking a wide range of reactive plumbing repairs and planned maintenance tasks in both occupied and void properties, including leak detection and repairs, installing bath panels, pipework and taps.
- Diagnosing and resolving maintenance issues efficiently whilst adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Using an electronic hand‑held device to receive instructions, provide feedback electronically, and log details of works undertaken or to be undertaken.
- Providing excellent customer service and representing the housing provider in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements
- Full UK Driving Licence (manual)
- Basic Criminal Record Check (DBS)
