Consultant Psychiatrist in Medical Psychotherapy –
5 PAs (20 hrs) per week

NHS Tayside is looking to recruit to a part time Consultant Psychiatrist in Medical Psychotherapy post. This post represents an excellent opportunity to strike the perfect work / home life balance for an enthusiastic and committed Consultant Medical Psychotherapist.
This post has been made possible through existing funding following a retiral from the Multidisciplinary Adult Psychotherapy Service.
Mental health services across NHS Tayside are undergoing a rapid and intensive period of service improvement and change, developing new models of care providing modernised first-class services to the population of Tayside. We are committed to supporting and developing our medical workforce to ensure a lifelong fulfilling career pathway for all consultants.
Applicants should have full GMC registration and with a licence to practise, and be on the Specialist register in Medical Psychotherapy, or be within 6 months of the anticipated award of a CCT in Medical Psychotherapy, or be in possession of a CESR (Portfolio Pathway) in Medical Psychotherapy at the time of applying for this post.
