We’re expanding our Customer Service team at Concentrix and we’re on the hunt for team players and go-getters to join us working from home in the Republic of Ireland!

As a Customer Service Advisor on our team, no day is the same. You’ll have the opportunity to diversify your experience in the industry by dealing with, diagnosing, and solving a range of issues and queries from our customers.
From troubleshooting technical glitches to billing queries, service support, and guiding customers through products or features and how to optimize their use. As the first point of contact, you’ll engage in diverse conversations with customers to understand their goals, challenges, and needs, and guide them positively through service excellence.
To succeed, you’ll need to be an excellent communicator who can hear what is not being said and proactively offer solutions with empathy. We want people eager to learn and quick on the uptake. Your main priority will be to maintain or improve an excellent customer experience, as well as adding value for the customer through upselling our products once their query is resolved.

Your Qualifications

* Are flexible to work shifts between 8 am – 9 pm from Monday to Friday (no weekends)
* Can commit to 100% training attendance to ensure you are fully prepared for your role
* Embrace technology and have proficient computer literacy skills
* Can navigate multiple systems effectively and efficiently
* Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Are comfortable with sales, KPIs, and upselling products based on customer needs

* An hourly rate of €13.61 (€28,300 per annum)
* Monthly pay
* 40-hour, permanent contract with 20 days paid holiday per year (increasing by 1 day each of your first 5 years up to 25 days) plus 10 bank holidays
