Key Responsibilities in your role as a School Receptionist:
Provide administrative support to school staff
Handling correspondence
Managing and supporting in filing, photocopying and other administrative tasks
Act as the first point of contact for visitors, parents and pupils
Answer and manage incoming phone calls
Assist with pupil attendance
Support with general school communications such as newsletters etc.
Key Requirements in your role as School Receptionist:
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Great organizational skills
A positive attitude with a strong commitment to customer service
A calm and professional manner with the ability to work well under pressure
A good understanding of the importance of Safeguarding and safeguarding procedures - training will be provided
