Management Accountant

Are you an ACA, ACCA, or CIMA finalist or newly qualified Accountant, looking to take your first step out of practice into a commercial finance role?
This is a hands-on opportunity to join a growing, international-facing finance team, gaining exposure across management accounts, month-end close, and financial control.
You’ll get to apply your technical skills in a practical, business-focused environment, work across multiple teams and regions, and build a solid foundation for your career in industry.
Key Responsibilities
1. Prepare journals, account reconciliations, and monthly management accounts
2. Support month-end close and ensure the accuracy of financial records
3. Assist with audits, statutory reporting, and regulatory compliance
4. Collaborate with internal teams and overseas colleagues on reporting and revenue recognition
5. Support cash management, payroll, and other finance processes
6. Identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiency
About You
7. ACA, ACCA, or CIMA finalist or newly qualified (practice-trained preferred)
8. Strong technical accounting knowledge and analytical skills
9. Organised, detail-oriented, and able to meet reporting deadlines
10. Confident communicator with a collaborative approach
11. Motivated to transition into a commercial finance role and develop your career
