The opportunity
This is an entry-level position in software development. Responsible for learning the basics of software engineering, such as coding, testing, and debugging. May also be involved in smaller projects or tasks, such as writing documentation or fixing bugs.
The benefits:
1. Salary - £30,000
2. Bonus scheme - on target bonus of 7.5%

Key Accountabilities:
9. Understanding and translating user requirements into technical specifications
10. Implementing software solutions
11. Writing and testing code
12. Debugging and fixing software defects
13. Maintaining and updating software
14. Working with other developers, testers, and stakeholders
What will you need to succeed?
Qualifications/Experience
15. 12 months industry experience learning on the job
Or
16. Relevant CS degree or equivalent
Or
17. Successful completion of a code school or bootcamp
Knowledge:
18. A basic understanding of software development.
Skills and Competencies:
19. Problem-solving and analytical skills.
20. Good communication and teamwork skills.
21. Ability to learn quickly.
22. Ability to analyse and understand data.
