What you will do
* Provide professional social work for adults in the mental health team, ensuring a high standard of care and support.
* Participate in adult protection duties and ensure all practice is compliant with current legislation.
* Engage effectively in a duty system during office hours, responding to and managing any arising situations.
* Conduct home visits as necessary, so a valid driver’s licence is essential.
* Collaborate with other professionals and agencies to deliver comprehensive support.
