Key Responsibilities:
* Minimum 2 clinical shifts per week on the floor
* Weekend and night availability
* Participate in on-call duties

Requirements:
* Current NMC registration
* Strong clinical knowledge and leadership skills
* Flexible approach to shifts and on-call responsibilities
