Responsibilities
* As Floor Manager, you\'ll support the Store Management team in running day-to-day operations.
* You\'ll lead by example, motivate your team, and ensure exceptional store standards and customer experience. Deliver excellent service and maintain strong visual and operational standards.
* Support, develop and motivate your team to hit sales and performance targets.
* Ensure the store meets all legal, safety, and operational requirements.
* Drive KPIs and manage performance effectively.
* Contribute to a positive, high-performing store culture.
Qualifications
* Experience managing a team in retail or hospitality.
* Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
* A hands-on approach with a flexible, \'can do\' attitude.
* Ability to think on your feet and make confident decisions.
* Passion for retail and delivering great service.
