What you'll be doing
1. This role will be mainly working on video conferencing equipment, making sure all installations, repairs and diagnostics are up-to-date and logged, working with systems like Mitel Voice.
2. Listen to any service issues the customer is facing and find solutions either by fixing them directly or referring them to the correct team.
3. Make recommendations on products and services (where BT product information has been given in advance) that could improve the customers' service.
4. Make sure the customers are getting the best from us by providing tutorials on how to use equipment.
5. Provide products and services the customer cannot install themselves as they require comprehensive technical knowledge.
The skills you'll need
6. The right applicant would preferably have experience working with Video Conferencing Equipment.
7. Experience as a Data or Network Engineer.
8. Be knowledgeable on Mitel Voice (or other voice / communication telephony).
9. Relevant telecoms engineering experience.
10. Great stakeholder management to deal with customers and provide support where they need it.
