Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Graduate Project Manager based in Ascot, Berkshire, with opportunities for remote work. The Graduate Project Manager will assist with the planning, coordination, and execution of projects. Key responsibilities include supervising project timelines, managing logistics, coordinating inspections, overseeing project deliverables, and expediting tasks to ensure timely outcomes. The role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams and clients to meet project objectives within given timelines and budgets.
Additional requirements are as follows:
Assisting with Fee Quotations.
Production of Client Presentation documents.
Invoicing clients.
Income Forecasting.
Document control.
Qualifications
The desire to excel in Project Management.
* The ability to oversee project deliverables collaboratively.
* Knowledge and of Estimating and construction Programming.
* Proficiency with MS Excel, Word, Presentation Design software and Document Control.
* Experience in Logistics Management and effectively coordinating resources
* Excellent organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills
* Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, Business, or related field
* A proactive and adaptable approach to a hybrid work environment
