Service Care Legal are working with a highly regarded Legal 500 law firm based in Essex is seeking an experienced Private Client Legal Secretary to join its busy and well-established Private Client team. ROLE: Private Client Legal Secretary
LOCATION: Essex (full office based)
Salary: £30,000 – £40,000 per annum (DOE / interview performance)
The Role - You will provide high-level secretarial and administrative support to fee earners within the Private Client department, managing a demanding workload while maintaining exceptional accuracy and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
Audio and copy typing all correspondence to include letters and legal forms
Providing comprehensive secretarial support to the Private Client team
Managing a high volume of work and competing priorities under tight deadlines
Preparing legal documents and correspondence with accuracy and efficiency
The Candidate
Previous Private Client legal secretarial experience is preferred
