Your new role:
Join our client service team as a CGI Customer Service Representative, where you'll deliver exceptional customer service and ensure smooth project execution.
This role is permanent and full-time (35 hours per week) with 3 days in the office and 2 working from home.
What are the responsibilities of a CGI Customer Service Representative?
* Supporting Senior Customer Service Representatives in meeting project timelines.
* Updating trackers and scheduling CGI tasks using in-house tools.
* Reviewing customer information, creating internal briefs, and conducting quality checks.
* Managing data input in our online content management system.
* Ensuring completed CGI assets are delivered within customer KPIs.
* Building strong working relationships with internal production teams.

£23k- £28k per annum + Benefits: Private Health Scheme (incl.
