We are seeking a committed, enthusiastic, and adaptable KS2 Teacher to join a supportive and inclusive primary school in Harrow, starting ASAP. This role is suitable for a teacher who enjoys working across Key Stage 2 and is passionate about delivering high-quality teaching that supports pupil progress and wellbeing. As a KS2 Teacher, you will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons across the Key Stage 2 curriculum. You will create a positive learning environment that encourages independence, resilience, and a love of learning. Key Responsibilities Plan and deliver high-quality lessons across the KS2 curriculum Assess, track, and monitor pupil progress effectively Differentiate learning to meet the needs of all pupils, including SEN Promote positive behaviour and high expectations Create a structured, engaging, and inclusive classroom environment Work closely with teaching assistants and KS2 colleagues Communicate effectively with parents and carers Contribute to staff meetings, planning, and whole-school initiatives Support pupils’ social, emotional, and academic development Follow safeguarding and school policies at all times The Ideal Candidate The successful candidate will: Hold QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) Have experience teaching in Key Stage 2 Be confident delivering a broad and balanced curriculum Have strong classroom management and organisational skills Be a collaborative team player with excellent communication skills Be committed to inclusive education and pupil wellbeing Be dedicated to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children The school is located in Harrow, with excellent transport links and a welcoming school community.
