Life on the team
We are looking for a Legal Adviser to join our UK in-house legal team within our Legal & Contracting function.
In this role, you will provide pragmatic, commercially focused legal advice to our sales teams and support the business on a broad range of legal matters.
With a strong focus on IT outsourcing, you will play a key role in advising on bid strategies and contracting approaches, helping to drive successful commercial outcomes while effectively managing risk.
What youll do
1. Provide legal advice and guidance to the business to minimise commercial exposure
2. Negotiate and draft agreements with customers and suppliers across both public and private sectors
3. Advise on bid strategies, contractual frameworks, and deal structuring for complex outsourcing opportunities
4. Manage in-life contractual disputes
5. Develop and maintain internal legal standards and policies
6. Take ownership of the delivery of significant business focused projects/deliverables to defined targets
7. Liaise with colleagues to ensure best practice and drive continual improvement and internal training
