In this busy and exciting role, you will be responsible for delivering learning interventions at our production site - ensuring our employees are not only compliant when it comes to the regulatory and mandatory aspects of their role, but also engaged and motivated through your training delivery.
The role of the Operational Trainer will include:
* Enabling the production workforce to produce to correct product standards across a variety of measures.
* Implementing the current training programme across new and existing employees.
* Developing and improving the existing training programme.
* Support with both internal and external audits
* Keeping records and employee matrices up to date.
