An established and growing manufacturing business is looking for an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead its engineering team and ensure the smooth running of operations on a day-to-day and longer-term basis.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee the maintenance of all production machinery and equipment.
* Lead and develop a team of engineers, ensuring high performance and efficiency.
* Implement preventative maintenance schedules to minimise downtime.
* Ensure compliance with health & safety and industry regulations.
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational reliability.
About You:
* Proven experience as a Maintenance Manager in a manufacturing environment (a manufacturing industry is preferred).
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to develop and motivate a team.
* Hands-on experience with mechanical and electrical systems.
* Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach.
* Knowledge of compliance standards and safety regulations.
