A key opportunity has arisen for an experienced recruitment resourcer to join the team. This is a central role, ensuring clients receive a seamless service and that candidate activity is managed with accuracy, pace and care. Youll be the operational anchor that keeps everything running smoothly in a fast-moving environment.
What youll be doing
* Managing day-to-day relationships with clients and candidates, delivering a consistently high standard of service.
* Overseeing the full candidate journey from application through to placement.
* Screening, assessing and shortlisting candidates.
* Completing reference checks and ensuring all compliance requirements are met.
* Managing daily schedules, availability and workforce planning.
* Attracting candidates through job boards and relevant media channels.
* Building strong social networks to increase candidate reach.
* Providing essential administrative and operational support to consultants.
