Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Account Manager based in Glasgow. The Sales Account Manager will be responsible for managing customer accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, generating leads, and providing excellent customer service. Daily tasks will include developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client needs are met.
Qualifications

* Experience in Account Management and Lead Generation
* Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
* Ability to work independently and within a team
* Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
* Experience in the technology or communications industry is a plus
