Production Assembly Operative \n Location: Ashbourne, Derbyshire \n Salary: £28k \n Employment Type: Permanent and Temp-to-Perm opportunities available \n\n Are you an experienced Production Assembly Operative?\n\n We’re looking for a skilled and reliable individual to join our team, building and assembling high-quality products used across a range of industries. \n\n Key Responsibilities \n Complete the full build and assembly of products to meet quality, safety, and production standards \n Use a variety of hand tools and equipment for mechanical assembly (essential)\n Interpret and work from engineering drawings \n Kit components accurately and efficiently \n Maintain adherence to 5S and workplace organisation standards \n Ensure a safe, clean, and healthy working environment \n\n Key Skills \n\n Have previous experience in manufacturing or assembly work \n Be confident using hand tools and working with mechanical components \n Be able to read and interpret engineering drawing \n Demonstrate excellent attention to detail \n Have a positive, can-do attitude \n Have their own transport due to the location of the site (Ashbourne, Derbyshire)
