Responsibilities
* Preparation of construction packages, details and specifications.
* Working alongside external consultants and suppliers to complete a full tender package for the commercial, construction, sales and marketing team to work with.
* Liaise with the NHBC Building Control department.
* Support the upkeep of the standard house type range, specifications and details as well as suggesting improvements for future packages and providing technical assistance to the team as required.
* Attend site-based meetings as and when required.
* Keep up to date with CDM and CPD responsibilities specific to the role.
* Maintain up to date with legislation and regulations as well as have an understanding of future regulations that are coming into effect within the industry.
* Assist the development and training of other more junior members of the Architectural side of the Technical department.
Requirements
* Relevant Degree required.
* Relevant Experience.
* Worked on Residential projects.
Candidates must be eligible to live and work in the UK.
