Level 3 Teaching Assistant – Primary School (Salford) A welcoming and nurturing primary school in Salford is working in partnership with Teaching Personnel to recruit a dedicated, proactive, and caring Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join their team from September. The Role As a Level 3 Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role within the classroom, working closely with the class teacher to support teaching and learning. Your responsibilities will include: Providing one-to-one and small-group support to pupils Assisting with the planning, delivery, and review of lessons Helping to create and maintain a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment Supporting pupils with a range of learning needs, including SEND and EAL Promoting positive behaviour and supporting effective classroom routines Building strong, positive relationships with pupils, staff, and families About You We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed individual with a genuine passion for supporting children’s development.
