We are seeking a Programme Communications Manager to support a high‑profile Rolls‑Royce programme based in Derby. The position sits at the heart of the organisation as a trusted partner to programme leadership, ensuring that the story of Rolls‑Royce—with its ambition, progress, and impact—is communicated with clarity, consistency and purpose.
What you'll be doing
* Develop and execute comprehensive communication plans aligned to programme objectives.
* Translate complex technical information into clear, engaging content for diverse audiences.
* Partner with senior stakeholders to provide strategic communications advice.
* Manage internal and external communications, including briefings, presentations, and digital content.
* Support crisis and issue communications where required.
* Measure and evaluate communication effectiveness, driving continuous improvement.
Who we're looking for
* Proven experience in a communications role within a complex, fast‑paced organisation.
* Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
* Experience delivering communications for large programmes or projects.
* Ability to simplify technical or detailed information for broader audiences.
* A proactive, collaborative, and adaptable approach.
