An exceptional opportunity has arisen for ambitious Assistant Quantity Surveyors to join Tier 1 contractors and developers delivering a series of high-rise, design-led residential projects across East, West South, and North London.

The Role
Reporting directly to a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you’ll assist across all aspects of cost management, procurement, and contract administration.
You’ll gain valuable hands-on experience working on major high-rise RC frame projects, supporting the delivery of key packages from early stages through to completion, while developing strong commercial and technical foundations.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the Senior Quantity Surveyor with day-to-day commercial duties.
* Assist in procurement, tendering, and subcontractor administration.
* Prepare and update valuations, variations, and cost/value reports.
* Help with forecasting, cost tracking, and progress reporting.
* Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure accuracy and compliance.
* Contribute to value engineering and cost optimisation initiatives.
* Ensure adherence to company processes and commercial best practice.
About You
* Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management (or equivalent).
* Ideally, 2–4 years’ experience within a main contractor or developer environment.
* Exposure to residential, RC frame, or mixed-use projects is desirable.
* Strong numerical, analytical, and organisational skills.
* Excellent communicator with a collaborative mindset.
* Proficient in Excel and cost management software.
* Ambitious, detail-driven, and eager to progress into a Project QS position.
