Job Description: AWS Services Business Development Manager Remote with occasional visits to the Milton Keynes head office We have an exciting opportunity for an AWS Services Business Development Manager to join our growing AWS Services team. Working closely with local (in‑country) AWS sales, pre‑sales and technical teams, as well as the wider Regional Service Centre, this role plays a key part in expanding AWS Professional Services and Managed Services across vendor, partner and end‑customer routes to market. The role focuses on identifying new AWS services opportunities, building meaningful partner relationships, and supporting AWS adoption through commercially sound, partner‑led go‑to‑market and funding approaches. Key Responsibilities: • Lead and support the growth of AWS Professional and Managed Services across vendor, partner and end‑customer routes to market • Build and nurture senior‑level relationships with AWS, partners and internal stakeholders to help shape longer‑term services strategy • Identify, develop and progress complex services opportunities, with an emphasis on new business and partner‑led engagement • Promote and effectively use AWS funding programmes, including MAP, OLA and WAFR, to support partner adoption and momentum • Collaborate with Cloud, Sales and Services teams to design customer‑focused, outcome‑driven solutions • Take ownership of the services pipeline, maintaining accurate forecasting and contributing to sustainable revenue growth • Act as a trusted partner to customers and partners, supporting them through cloud transformation journeys and funding‑backed initiatives Skills and Experience We’re Looking For: • Experience selling Professional and/or Managed Services within a cloud or services‑focused environment • A good working knowledge of AWS services and partner‑led go‑to‑market models • Familiarity with AWS funding programmes (such as MAP, OLA and WAFR) and how they support services growth • Experience developing new business opportunities with partners and end customers • The ability to understand customer challenges and align AWS services to deliver meaningful business outcomes • A collaborative approach, working effectively with AWS, partners and internal sales, pre‑sales and technical teams • Clear and confident communication skills, with the ability to explain AWS services, funding and commercial concepts to a range of stakeholders You don’t need to meet every requirement to apply.
