Role and responsibilities:
1. Secretarial and administration duties in relation the Compliance Department
2. Maintain management system records
3. Collation and input to the working hours, including fatigue management
4. Review, maintain and update integrated management system procedures
5. Monitor non-conformances and manage the close out process
6. Maintain incident register and analyse trends
7. Drafting and distributing bulletins, notices, rule book updates
8. Organising staff inductions and processing related documentation
9. Encourage and promoting Behavioural Safety
10. Ensuring compliance with QTS Management, Supporting and Works Procedures relating to the operations
11. Carry out office audits and system assurance checks
12. Carry out internal audits
13. Prepare for external audits
14. Collation of monthly Key Performance Indicators and issue of reports to managers
15. Taking and dealing with complaints from members of the public
16. Maintenance of the Approved Suppliers database
17. Attend and contribute to Compliance meetings and audits
18. Assist in any other aspect of the Company where require...
