Everlast Gyms in East Kilbride, United Kingdom, is seeking a motivated and professional Personal Trainer to join our dynamic team. As a Personal Trainer at Everlast Gyms, you will play a crucial role in helping our members achieve their fitness goals and lead healthier lifestyles.
* Conduct comprehensive fitness assessments for new and existing gym members
* Design and implement personalised training programmes tailored to individual client needs and goals
* Provide expert guidance on proper exercise techniques and form to ensure client safety and maximise results
* Offer nutritional advice and support to complement clients' fitness regimes
* Motivate and inspire clients to push their boundaries and achieve their personal best
* Monitor client progress and adjust training programmes accordingly
* Maintain a clean and safe workout environment
* Promote Everlast Gyms' services and contribute to member retention efforts
* Stay up-to-date with the latest fitness trends and techniques to enhance your professional knowledge
* Level 3 Personal Training Certificate or equivalent fitness qualification
* Valid First Aid certification
* Previous experience as a personal trainer or in a fitness-related role
* In-depth knowledge of exercise techniques, programme design, and nutrition
* Strong understanding of human anatomy and physiology
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to motivate and inspire clients to achieve their fitness goals
* Passion for fitness and a commitment to continuous professional development
* Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
* Proficiency in using gym management software and fitness tracking tools is desirable
