About the Role
We’re seeking enthusiastic and compassionate SEND Teaching Assistants to work closely with students facing communication and behavioural challenges. Your role will be to guide and motivate these young learners, helping them reach their full potential in a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment.

What We’re Looking For
* Experience with PECS, Makaton, or early interventions (desirable)
* Passion for SEND support (essential)
* Team player with adaptability and creativity (essential)
* Excellent communication skills (essential)

Pay rates include 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This is a temporary position, with potential for permanent roles in the future.
