Key Responsibilities
* Delivering first-class PA support to several senior leaders
* Managing fast-paced, often complex diaries with confidence and clarity
* Coordinating meetings, preparing agendas, and capturing accurate minutes
* Organising seamless travel, accommodation, and itineraries
* Managing shared inboxes and handling a variety of correspondence
* Processing expenses and providing vital administrative support
* Acting as a trusted point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
* Supporting team coordination and contributing to wider departmental projects
What We’re Looking For
* Previous experience in a PA/EA role
* Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities
* A proactive mindset with outstanding attention to detail
* Confident communication skills, both written and verbal
* The ability to build positive, professional relationships at all levels
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information
