This position is based at their Coventry Distribution centre reporting to the HR Manager and as part of a growing team. The role has come about as a result of an internal promotion (yey!) and they are looking for someone who not only sees the fab opportunity to excel, but also who can hit the ground running with regards to HR processes and employee relations. The Role in a nutshell!
