Description People's Partnership have an exciting opportunity to join our growing team as Head of Compliance.
This role is a hybrid opportunity with the successful candidate working both at home and in the office.
Main Purpose:
Responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing the compliance policy framework and providing expert advice on regulatory matters.
Providing expert guidance and advice to the company's leadership, departments, and employees to maintain compliance and mitigate risks.
Skills & Experience:
Essential
• Proven experience in a senior compliance role, with a focus on compliance advice and policy management
• In-depth knowledge of relevant laws and regulations applicable to the organisation
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex regulatory requirements
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels
• Demonstrated leadership experience, including the ability to build and lead a high-performing team
• Results-oriented mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement
Desirable
• Excellent knowledge of UK workplace pensions market
• Relevant Compliance and/or Financial Crime qualification
