About the Role
A high-growth B2B SaaS company leading in the subscription commerce space is expanding its UK presence and hiring a Product Marketing Lead to shape positioning, drive revenue impact, and accelerate go-to-market success. The company is at an interesting stage of growth, having invested in GTM in 2024 & 2025 and now looking to accelerate ARR across EMEA & the US.
This is a formative role within a newly established London hub — ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of market insight, GTM strategy, and sales enablement.
What You’ll Do
Product Marketing Leadership
* Own the product marketing roadmap and lead a growing PMM team.
* Foster a culture built on innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Positioning & Messaging
* Define clear, differentiated product positioning and messaging across segments.
* Build personas and value propositions that drive awareness, demand, and engagement.
* Lead GTM strategies and product/feature launch execution.
Market Intelligence
* Conduct deep market, customer, and competitive research to shape GTM direction.
* Identify trends, opportunities, and risks early.
* Develop data-driven launch and upsell strategies across global markets.
Sales Enablement
* Partner with Sales, CS, and Marketing to deliver enablement assets that improve conversion.
* Build FAQs, use cases, objection-handling guides, and customer stories.
* Ensure messaging consistency across all touchpoints.
Content, Campaigns & Events
* Own integrated campaigns and product-led content to increase awareness, usage, and adoption.
* Collaborate with the wider marketing team on events and GTM moments.
Data-Driven Performance
* Track and analyze GTM impact, campaign performance, and funnel health.
* Recommend optimisations to drive ROI and shorten the sales cycle.
Who You Are (Ideal Candidate Profile)
* 5+ years in Product Marketing within B2B SaaS (e-commerce, CRM, billing, subscription platforms a plus).
* 2+ years leading or mentoring PMM teams.
* Strong mix of technical understanding and commercial acumen.
* Proven success developing positioning, messaging frameworks, and GTM strategies.
* Experience launching products/features in fast-paced SaaS environments.
* Excellent communicator and storyteller with strong presentation skills.
* Ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
* Analytical, data-driven, and comfortable pivoting based on insights.
* Natural leader who supports team growth and cross-functional alignment.
* Fluent in English with exceptional written communication skills.
