We're looking for a detail-driven Finance Analyst to support and optimise our global sales incentive programs. Reporting to the Financial Controller (EMEA), you'll work closely with Sales, HR and Finance to deliver accurate commission calculations, clear reward statements, timely payments and data-led insights that strengthen performance and align incentives with business goals across the Global MP organisation. What you'll be doing: Lead the delivery of accurate monthly commission statements for around 200 global sales team members Calculate monthly and quarterly commissions, ensuring timely and error-free payouts in partnership with Payroll, HR and Finance Design, maintain and improve commission models across multiple teams, regions and compensation plans Collaborate with Sales, Finance and HR to resolve commission queries and provide clear, consistent guidance Produce tailored commission statements using Salesforce data and support Finance Controllers with statement preparation Support month-end processes, ensuring all commission-related entries are accurate and audit-ready Analyse incentive and reward performance, supporting bonus accruals and recommending improvements to commission and reward schemes Prepare regular reports and insights for senior stakeholders, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external audit requirements About you: A qualification or further education in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (professional certifications such as CPA are a plus, but not essential) Experience in sales compensation, financial analysis, FP&A, or a similar analytical role Confident working with Excel, financial models and data visualisation tools; experience with commission platforms (e.g., Xactly, Varicent) is beneficial but not required Understanding of sales performance metrics and incentive or reward design principles Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate insights clearly to different audiences Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment while meeting agreed deadlines High attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining data accuracy and integrity.
