PROPOSED SALARY RANGE: £48,000 – £58,000 depending on relevant skills, knowledge and experience.

JOB PURPOSE
We are looking for a social media producer with proven experience producing social campaigns for brand and/or media organisations, leading multi‑platform campaigns aimed at parents and carers. You will be part of the BBC Children’s & Education team, leading the social strategy for CBeebies Parenting, festivals and live events and bringing the nation’s favourite CBeebies brands to life through social content.
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Produce, champion and communicate our multi‑platform CBeebies Parenting offer across social platforms, with a particular focus on TikTok.
* Work closely with Comms, Content Impact and Marketing to define activity for key campaigns, as well as live events and festivals.
* Manage, motivate and inspire a team of Social Media Executives and Coordinators to bring CBeebies Parenting, brands and live events to life across social platforms.
* Work closely with TV Commissioners on the best content ideas to promote priority brands and franchises.
* Champion data and analytics, using reports and look‑backs to ensure content and campaigns are data‑driven and constantly evolving.
* Ensure compliance of all social assets, ensuring all content aligns with BBC values and messaging.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
* Proven experience delivering high‑performing social campaigns across multiple platforms, including podcasts, festivals, live events and TV.
* Experience getting buy‑in from multiple disciplines and communicating the role of social in a multi‑platform environment.
* In‑depth understanding of social platforms, algorithms and content.
* Strong experience managing and motivating teams with proven involvement in the development of staff.
* Experience measuring results and showing value in digital content using social measurement platforms.
* Strong communication and presentation skills; comfortable communicating with senior stakeholders.
