Duties of a Support Worker include:
* Companionship
* Personal Care & Support
* The teaching of independent living skills
* Management of medication
* Community-based activities such as swimming, social activities, or other leisure activities

Holdingham Specialist, completed in 2020, caters to young adults with challenging behaviours.
