Senior Civil Engineer
Location: Leicester, East Midlands
Overview
This is an excellent opportunity to take a leading role in delivering a varied range of civil and infrastructure schemes across Leicestershire and the wider East Midlands. As a Senior Engineer within the Civils Team, you will work on projects ranging from small highway improvements to large-scale residential and commercial developments. Typical designs include all access junction forms (roundabouts, signalised junctions, ghost-island right turns, and simple priority junctions).

Our Ideal Candidate
We're looking for a highly skilled and motivated Senior Civil Engineer who can bring technical expertise, leadership, and project management capability to our client's civils team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate:
1. A degree in Civil Engineering (or equivalent qualification).
2. Strong experience in highway and infrastructure design, including roads, access junctions, and drainage strategies.
3. Proven ability to manage multiple projects from concept through to detailed design.
