Thanks to our recent growth, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to help form our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about leveraging digital channels to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our digital marketing campaigns across various platforms. Responsibilities: Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand visibility, traffic, and conversions. Manage all digital marketing channels, including SEO, CRO, email, social media, display advertising, and content marketing. Analyse key metrics and performance data to optimise campaigns and improve ROI. Monitor industry trends and competition to identify new opportunities and best practices. Utilise marketing automation tools to streamline processes and improve campaign efficiency. Manage digital marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively to achieve campaign objectives. Track and report on the performance of digital marketing initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. Lead and mentor a team of marketing specialists, providing guidance and support to ensure team success. Qualifications: Proven work experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or similar role, with a track record of successful digital marketing campaigns. In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, strategies, and best practices. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, etc. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Certification in digital marketing (e.g., Google Ads certification) is desirable.
