2026 is set to be a groundbreaking year for the business as they look to launched a range of brand new propositions and they are looking for an experienced Innovation Manager to own the intersection of commercial strategy, insights, and game mechanics. This role is involved in the end-to-end development of new products from concept to launch.
As the Product Innocation Manager, youll be tasked with crafting deeply resonant propositions requiring curiosity to understand what makes a new proposition or product work, and creativity to shape how users exerpience the proposition across every touchpoint.
The Innovation Manager must be comfortable with developing new ideas, responding to business needs, and navigating the business to execute effectively. As a core part of the businesses growth engine, this is a role that demands intellectual curiosity, commercial discipline, and passionate advocacy for both their customers and purpose.
Here are some key pieces of experience they are looking for:
* Strong commercial experience owning successful products, strategy, innovation and propositions within gaming or FMCG industries.
* Passion for interpreting and articulating numerical data, probability and analytics to drive decision making.
* Exceptional stakeholder management and storytelling skills. This is integral with regards to driving the performance of the products.
* Some familiarity with probabilistic game design or lottery/gaming mechanics preferable.
