About the role

* Leading and assisting with complex non-executive recruitment processes, ensuring fairness and transparency.
* Drafting high quality reports, guidance, formal minutes, and board resolutions.
* Managing entity compliance across our global structure and advising international offices on governance and regulatory matters.
* Developing systems, templates, and procedures that enhance efficiency and enable proactive governance.
About You
You are a qualified Chartered Governance Professional, with membership of the Chartered Governance Institute (CGI UKI) or equivalent. You bring broad experience in governance and entity compliance ideally within a not for profit, public interest, or regulated environment.

* Understand the sensitivities of working within a complex governance structure.
* Can manage multiple priorities and deadlines with confidence and independence.
* Communicate clearly and effectively, building trust and influencing senior stakeholders.
* Navigate complex, often political environments with sound judgement and interpersonal awareness.
* Take a proactive, solutions-focused approach and are comfortable working in ambiguity.
* Have familiarity with UK entity compliance (training can be provided for the international requirements if needed).
