Role and Responsibilities:
* Provide tailored support to KS2 students with SEN, ensuring their individual needs are met.
* Assist in the planning and delivery of engaging and effective lessons.
* Collaborate with teachers, SEN coordinators, and parents to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
* Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback to teachers and parents.
* Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and engagement.
* Utilize a variety of teaching methods and resources to accommodate different learning styles and abilities.
Requirements:
* Proven experience working as a Learning Assistant with a focus on SEN.
* Extensive experience supporting KS2 students.
* Strong understanding of SEN practices and strategies.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
* Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development.
