We’re working with a well established business that prides itself on delivering excellent service and support to its customers. They are looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join their busy operations team.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing customer enquiries, processing orders, and supporting internal teams to ensure smooth operations and excellent service delivery. You’ll act as a key point of contact for customers, helping to maintain strong relationships and providing professional support across all areas of the business.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and other channels in a professional manner
Process orders accurately and update internal systems with customer and order information
Liaise with internal teams such as operations, logistics, and sales to ensure timely delivery and resolution of issues
Maintain accurate records in CRM and other business systems
Assist with scheduling and coordination where required
Support the team with administrative tasks to ensure smooth day to day operationsSkills & Experience Required
Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role
Strong organisational and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure
Confident using computer systems and office software
Attention to detail and commitment to delivering excellent customer service
A proactive and positive approach to problem-solving
